2008-09-10 - PyGrADS v1.1.0 has been released. This release supports the new Matplotlib 0.98 API, while being compabilitiby with previous versions of Matplotlib. Exchange of data with GrADS v2.0.a3 is now also supported. You can download it here.

2008-09-06 The OpenGrADS Cookbooks are now available. Inspired by the format of the Perl Cookbook, each recipe has a very simple standard format including the statement of the problem one is trying to solve, followed by the proposed solution and a discussion section. User contributions are highly encouraged (and badly needed). Check it out.

2008-09-04 The first OpenGrADS release of Win32 GrADS v2 is now available. The packaging is similar to what we had done for v1.9.0-rc1, with both a self installing .exe and a .zip file. These binaries be found here.

2008-04-06 - The OpenGrADS Extensions Release 2 are now available. Sources and binaries are available for a number of platforms, including Linux, Windows and Mac OS X. Among the new features are support for Shapefiles and Grib-2 in GrADS v1.9. Click on + Download.
